Getting around in Copenhagen is easy. There's a metro, s-train and an extensive bus service.
Danes are very friendly so if you're in doubt, just ask the first person you meet, everybody speaks English - so just go for it.
The turist board has made a site about transport in and about Copenhagen.
Getting to the city centre from the airport:
Take the metro from "Lufthavnen Station" (Metro) line M2 to "Hovedbanegarden" or "Norrebro Station". "Hovedbanegården" is the main station and it offers good and safe storrage for your stuff, if you don't want to take it along to the training hall.
Getting to the Raadmandsgade School, venue for the activities Thursday:
Go to "Norreport Station" a big station in the heart of Copenhagen, connected with S-trains, metro lines, regional trains and busses.
It's an underground station so go to the surface. It lies on a broad boulevard with a pedestrian road going into the commercial centre of town. Right across from the entrance to the pedestrian road you find a bus stop for the 5A bus - Take it.
You'll find the bus stop right between a electronics shop called "FONA" and a perfume store called "Matas"
Ask the bus driver or anybody in the bus to say when you're at "Jagtvejen" or "Norrebro Runddel".
Going down the road in the bus, you'll find a big cemetery (a long yellow wall) on your left hand. Get off where the cemetary end. folle the road the bus went for 2 streets and turn right on Thorsgade (Thors street). Follow this street until Mimersgade (Mimers Street) and turn left. The school is on the other side of the street.
Enter the school from Rådmandsgade in the middel entrance (it's says nr. 22 entrance C on the door) and go to the cellar. Follow the music.
Getting to Korsgade Hallen::
Go to "Norreport Station" as mentioned before, and take the number 5A bus which you'll find right between "FONA" and "Matas" as discribed above.
Ask the bus driver or anybody in the bus to say when you're at "Stengade". "Stengade" is a road on your left, when you take the bus from "Norreport Station".
Walk to the end of "Stengade", turn left for 75 meters and you'll find the hall on your right. It's a subterranean hall - just so you won't miss it.
Or:
Go to a Metrostation for instance "Norreport Station" take any line to "Forum Station", ask anybody for "Blaagards Plads". When you get there enybody will be able to direct you to Korsgadehalle.
Getting to Christiania - sleeping venue and venue for the party on Saturday:
Take any metro line M1 or M2 to Christianhavns Torv. And ask. You have to go two streets further away from the city centre and turn left - go by a church with a weird tower, and go a bit further aprox. 100 meters and you'll find the entrance to Christiania.
Or:
Go to the Metrostation at "Christianshavns Torv" take any line to "Forum Station", ask anybody for "Blaagards Plads". When you get there enybody will be able to direct you to Korsgadehalle.
But don't be afrad to ask.
